Scott Billman is currently VP, Engineering for the Pharmaceutical Services Group at ThermoFisher Scientific. His group is responsible for management of the capital plan and capital project execution standards and systems across the network. He is currently a member of the ISPE International Board of Directors and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. He is past President of the Carolina South Atlantic Chapter for ISPE and has been very involved with ISPE for the past 25+ years. He has extensive experience in the scoping, design, construction, and qualification of cGMP facilities and equipment. Scott has had the opportunity to work as a design Engineer and Project manager on the consulting side as well as work on the manufacturing side in Global and Site based Engineering positions.
